Pu-erh Tea

Pu'erh tea is a fermented tea that originated in the Yunnan Province of southwestern China. It's made from the leaves of the Camellia sinsensis plant, which is also used to make green, oolong, and black teas. Pu'erh tea is known for its rich, smooth, and earthy flavor, and its thick, musky infusion. It has a less astringent flavor than black teas because of its slow fermentation process, which partially oxidizes the leaves before microbial fermentation
